"I have been associated with Lance Weaver/ F.I.S.E., Inc since November 2007. In my capacity as the Chevron Refinery representative for Office furniture coordinator, which includes; delivery, installation repair, relocation, storage and finally clean up after the job. Lance and his associates take great pride and care in the manner in which each phase of the detailed work plan is to be executed. The typical work day begins with a safety meeting to discuss and specific area of concern to him, his customer and his staff. He then assigns his team to their designated area of responsibility for that plan and lets them perform their skill to accomplish the details he has outlined for them.

Currently F.I.S.E, Inc. is at the Chevron Refinery delivering / installing / building / positioning / adjusting and fine tuning an office complex which includes; cubicles, personal storage towers, desks, bookcases, file cabinets, sit-stand desks, adjustable computer monitor arms, chairs, tables and anything else that is associated with an administrative, engineering, training and finance compound for approximately 500 employees. They recently had one facility completed and ready for the residents to move in, and without any reflection upon them a problem occurred with the building's design in which F.I.S.E., Inc. had to disassemble and relocate all furniture to each end of the building as the construction crews would repair/replace parts of the modular buildings. Lance and his team accepted the challenge of unloading trucks into storage units for buildings that were not ready for install and at the same time the handling of tearing down, relocating, and reinstalling of furniture as the buildings were restored to acceptable conditions. Also, Lance and his team are so diverse and cooperative that on occasion they assisted with the construction crews in the accomplishment of non related furniture installation tasks.

Lance and his crew are dependable, skilled craftsmen, gentlemen, and respected by other work groups. Many times I have asked Lance to accomplish something that I personally need to have done and he willingly accompanies me to the job site and performs the necessary repairs of correction. He is a leader by example and his crew can accomplish anything associated with office furniture installation and repair."
